Challenge “The Ultimate Team Development Workshop” in association with
A
unique team development opportunity that combines leading edge theory
with the ultimate team challenge......
By the end of the 2 day programme, the team
will have a greater sense of purpose, more active cohesion as
a unit and would have shared in a unique, challenging experience.
The duration of the programme is 2 days.
Day 1 : Classroom based facilitation.
Day 2 : A series of practical challenges.
The events are staged at various Fire
Service Training Colleges across England where safety is paramount..
The outcomes of the programme :
Teams will review their own performance
for strengths and areas for improvement.
Teams will agree their own working Team Charter including vision,
value set and behavioural framework.
Teams will put their theory to the
test in a series of practical challenges using the Fire Service's
state of the art equipment.
Teams will agree an Action Plan for their ongoing development.
A
safe environment
All of these challenges have been designed with the Fire Service to provide
a safe but challenging series of activities. After each activity, the learning
is reviewed with the team by a facilitator
in order to link such learning back to Day 1 and into the workplace.
The
programmes are limited to 12 people per event.
Profit
generated by these events is paid to the Fire Service National
Benevolent Fund. This is the charity which is responsible
for looking after injured or retired fire-fighters. More
information about its work is available at www.fsnbf.org
